Mushroom Baguettes

1 cup mushroom
1/2 cup paneer
1/2 tsp corn flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp - kasoori methi
1 tsp oil
salt

For paste:
4 dry r.c
4 garlic
ginger
coriander-cumin powder - 2tsp
2 tbsp - mustard oil


For filling:

- wash mushrooms, drain
- dissolve corn flour in milk
- heat oil, add paste and kasoori methi and sauté
- add mushroom and cook over high flame for 5 mins till water dries out
- add paneer, corn flour milk, salt and sauté till mixture coats mushroom


Assemble:
scoop out inside of baguette and apply butter
- heat mushroom, stuff inside baguette and serve
